(1) Installation and Debugging
According to the equipment installation drawings, install the flexible feeding system on the designated production station to ensure that the equipment is installed firmly and smoothly.
2. Connect the power, gas, and communication cables, and check if the wiring connections are correct and secure.
3. Turn on the device power and enter the system debugging interface. Based on the characteristics of the supplied materials, set parameters such as vibration frequency, amplitude, and tilt angle of the material tray, and conduct preliminary trial operation.
4. Use the calibration tool of the visual system to calibrate the camera and ensure the accuracy of material recognition.
During the trial operation, observe the conveying situation and feeding accuracy of the materials, and adjust the parameters according to the actual situation until the system reaches the optimal operating state.
(2) Operation process
1. The operator pours the materials to be fed into the feeding bin and places them onto the flexible tray to ensure even distribution of the materials.
2. Select the corresponding material feeding program on the human-computer interaction interface and start the feeding system.
3. The system automatically starts the vibration motor, and the material begins to vibrate and disperse on the tray, and is recognized and located through the visual system.
When qualified materials are detected, the system controls the output signal to wait for material retrieval, for downstream equipment to grab and assemble.
During the feeding process, operators can monitor the real-time operation status of the system through the human-computer interaction interface, such as remaining material quantity, feeding speed, equipment failure, and other information. If any abnormal situation is found, it can be promptly handled or shut down for maintenance.
(3) Maintenance and upkeep
1. Regularly clean the material residue and dust on the surface of the material tray and conveyor belt to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the equipment. Compressed air or soft bristled brushes can be used for cleaning to avoid damaging the surface of the equipment.
2. Check whether the connecting bolts of vibration motors, sensors, conveyor belts and other components are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened in a timely manner.
3. Regularly lubricate the bearings of the vibration motor, usually adding an appropriate amount of grease every 1000 hours of operation.
4. Check the lenses of the visual system for dust or stains, and if necessary, use specialized cleaning tools for cleaning. At the same time, regularly inspect and replace the light sources of the visual system to ensure that the light intensity and uniformity meet the requirements.
5. Regularly backup the operating data and parameter settings of the system to prevent data loss. If the system malfunctions, it can be quickly restored to operation based on backup data.
