1. Installation and connection:

-Open the packaging and check if the high-precision dispensing valve body and accessories are complete, ensuring no damage or missing parts.

-According to the equipment manual, correctly install the dispensing valve body in the corresponding position of the dispensing equipment and secure it with matching fasteners to ensure a firm installation.

-Connect the inlet hose to the glue supply system, and the outlet hose to the dispensing needle or nozzle. When connecting, ensure that the pipeline is tightly connected and leak free. At the same time, pay attention to the correct direction of the inlet and outlet hoses to avoid reverse connection.

2. Parameter settings:

-Connect the power supply and turn on the dispensing equipment and valve body control system.

-Enter the parameter setting menu through the human-machine interface, and set key parameters such as flow rate, pressure, dispensing time, and needle diameter of the dispensing valve body based on the type of glue, dispensing process requirements, and product specifications. When setting parameters, you can refer to the process parameter database that comes with the device, or make adjustments based on actual experience.

-After setting up, save the parameters and conduct a trial run to observe whether the dispensing effect meets the requirements. If necessary, adjust the parameters again until the desired dispensing effect is achieved.

3. Glue dispensing operation:

-Place the product to be dispensed on the dispensing workbench and ensure accurate positioning and firm fixation of the product.

-Start the dispensing program in the control system, and the dispensing valve body will automatically perform dispensing operations based on preset parameters. During the dispensing process, the dispensing status can be observed in real-time through the monitoring interface, including glue flow rate, pressure, dispensing position, and other information.

-If any abnormal dispensing is found, such as glue leakage, breakage, or excessive deviation in the amount of glue, the dispensing process can be immediately paused, and the equipment and valve body should be checked for any faults. Corresponding measures should be taken according to the fault prompts. After processing, you can continue with the dispensing operation or restart the dispensing program.

4. Maintenance and upkeep:

-Regularly clean the dispensing valve body to remove residual glue and impurities from the valve surface and flow channel. Special cleaning agents and tools can be used, and the correct cleaning method should be followed to avoid damaging the valve body.

-Check the wear of key components such as the sealing parts and valve cores of the valve body. If there is severe wear or aging, the corresponding components should be replaced in a timely manner. At the same time, regularly inspect the connecting pipelines, joints, and other parts of the equipment to ensure no leaks.

-When the dispensing equipment is not in use for a long time, the glue in the dispensing valve body and pipeline should be emptied, and appropriate maintenance treatment should be carried out, such as applying rust inhibitor, sealing and storing, to extend the service life of the equipment.
